About the lecturer

Dr. Tobias Riethmüller is a German lawyer specializing in the law of stock corporations, capital markets, and fintech/digital finance platforms, working with GSK Stockmann, an independent commercial law firm based in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Heidelberg, and Luxembourg. He has given advice in setting up more than 70 national and international digital finance platforms in the areas of equity, lending, securities, securitization, and DLT and regularly advised in capital markets transactions. He was invited as ‎an expert to the German federal parliament’s hearings on capital market topics in 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2021. He has published several books and articles on corporate, banking, and capital markets law and fintech and is a regular speaker at conferences.
