In this panel discussion, Alexander Bechtel (Deutsche Bank), Radoslay Albrecht (Bitbond), Maximilian Portenlänger (Bankhaus von der Heydt), Dr. Marcus Henning (d-fine) and Maximilian Forster (Cash-on-Ledger Technologies) discuss the current benefits and hurdles of the concept.

About the lecturers

Alexander Bechtel is an expert in monetary economics and works for Deutsche Bank. Furthermore, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. His research focuses on monetary economics, money markets, digital currencies, and safe assets. Since June 2019, he is publishing a podcast on digital currencies called Bitcoin, Fiat & Rock’n’Roll (in German).
