How can one deal with managing complexity? By doing so, one is able to systematically reduce and manage complexity. CBDC, as a fitting system needs to be easy to understand and use, but also needs to provide the highest level of security, in order to deliver the best results. Thus, it is important to find the right balance. Performance plays an important role as well, which means, that one has to find a system that is able to perform at the required speed.
