Katharina Strohmeier is AML/CFT Legal & Policy Expert at the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), where she is responsible in particular for representing the FMA in international bodies (e.g. EU working groups, European supervisory authorities) as well as for logistics. Previously working within the EU Institutions (the European Parliament and EIOPA), she has gained a solid background in EU financial regulation and supervision. Katharina has a degree in Law and as well as an executive degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is also a DLT Talents Alumna of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center.
