Industry Insights: DLT Talents Introduction

The DLT Talents Program is a three-month educational mentoring to empower especially women for leadership roles, blockchain crypto assets, and the DLT space. The goal is to encourage women to follow their path in the crypto space, a young and new industry in which still too few women are present. The program runs for 18 weeks with bi-weekly sessions and starts with a small recap of the last 14 days, followed by an expert session and short presentations from the talents.

About the lecturer

Ilka Kranefuß graduated with a Master of Arts degree from the University of Göttingen. Afterward, she specialized professionally in the fields of communication and marketing. Since 1999, for more than 19 years, she has been a loyal part of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, where she works as an online editor. She was also part of the DLT Talent Program of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center.
