Magnus Jones is the Nordic Blockchain & Innovation Lead at EY. He works closely together with key stakeholders such as authorities, banks, and academia, and has among others assisted Norwegian Tax Authorities in issuing the world's first guidance on how to tax DeFi protocols. He works A-Z within the landscape and assists clients with everything from regulatory challenges to technical implementations. He is the co-founder of Oslo Blockchain Cluster, an advisor to the United Nations Crypto group on Counter-Terrorism, and is a lecturer at EMBA classes at the Norwegian Business School, in addition to the University of Oslo.
